It features large swimming pools each with a Jacuzzi and a swim-up bar, playground and the supervised 'Barcy Club' kid's club along with a specially designed water park and Splash deck. One pool is designated as 'quiet' and one is reserved for activities and fun and features a fountain. Each main pool includes a swim-up bar and jetted spa section. A shaded hammock area borders main pools. An all new adults-only pool has now opened near the lobby.

The beach is sheltered by an off-shore coral reef. The water is calm and perfect for swimming and water sports of all kinds. Sun loungers are provided and guests can easily swim to a private rock island accessible from the resort's private dock.

Other Services
Water sports instruction and motorized water sports by independent operators on the beach, childcare services (outside of regular program hours), laundry service, mail and fax services, and an on-site medical center. A tour desk can arrange tours to the most interesting sites in the region. (Extra charges apply.) There are also 8 handicap accessible rooms.

â€œImma Divaâ€ Facial: Offered in the kids spa, this 25-minute hydrating facial features a fruity aroma children will love. The treatment features a generously applied strawberry mask, which infuses skin with hydrating properties for a soothing experience and phenomenal glow.
Luminous C Facial: This vitamin C-infused Pevonia face mask revitalizes and nourishes dull, dry skin. Activated by lyophilized powder and orange algae, the 50-minute facial results in a firm, smooth and bright completion for much younger looking skin.
Flotation Therapy: In this 50-minute treatment, which is one of a kind, the floatation tank water density is increased with the addition of special salts. The sensation of floating in the middle of space, all while looking up at twinkling lights, allows the brain to release endorphins. An hour of relaxation in a floatation tank is equivalent to 5 hours of good sleep.

Civil and symbolic weddings are performed on the beach or in the hotel gazebo.

Types of wedding offered:
- Civil wedding: officiated by a justice of the peace. The hotel will provide you with the necessary documentation so that it is legally valid. The ceremony is performed in Spanish. Should you need a translator please request one from the wedding coordinator. Civil weddings will not be held on Sundays or Mexican holidays.
- Mayan or spiritual wedding: wedding performed by a shaman. These are civil weddings where you don't have to submit any legal documents or a blood tests.
- Catholic wedding: Catholic weddings are celebrated in the resort chapel.
